“Can't fault the service, quick delivery, well packaged and very reasonable charges. Replies quickly to emails. The curtains I bought in the sale are excellent quality. Such a bargain, too. Everything I've bought has been really good quality.”

“Ordered 2 cushions , only one arrived but charged for both. After chasing with 2 phone calls and told both times that my cushion would arrive within a few days , guess what no cushion. 3rd call , was told out off stock so refunded. Very disappointed that I was lied to twice. Talked over on 3rd call , felt I had no choice but to cancel and get refund. Please in future don’t say your call back in 15 mins and not call. Don’t lie to customers by saying you have the order when you know you haven’t. I would have waited if told the truth in the first place as I love these cushions.”

“I have bought lots from you in the past and been very pleased but my last purchase of fabric is a real disappointment. It is nothing like the colour on your website and despite my contacting you and querying this, nothing can be done. So I am left with 15 metres of fabric which is not what I wanted or expected, and a very disappointed lady.”

Dear Kathlyn, Thank you for taking time to leave feedback. I can see that you have spoken to one of my colleagues regarding this on the 3rd of March. This fabric was purchased as clearance fabric. We do issue a disclaimer on all clearance fabric which states the below. "Please note that colours may not match the product image exactly due to varying printing processes. The items in our Fabric Clearance Basket have not met our stringent colour quality standards or may have minor marks or slight imperfections. This is reflected in the pricing. Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns" I hope this offers some clarity but if you would like to discuss this further, please call us on 0141 641 1700. “Love my new bench My pooch loves it more. Thought communication could have been slightly better ie had to chase delivery, but all emails where answered. No communication from delivery company it was just delivered. Quality of bench is fine, self assembly required. Brought at sale price.”
