“Great quality product. Very happy. Delivery to Ireland was a little slow but customer service were very quick to respond and made me aware of the expected delivery times which was great.”

“Pillow cases were well made in good quality fabric and washed well too. Mug has a lovely design and just the right size for a decent cuppa. All were delivered promptly.”

“I love Voyage Maison products. However, their returns process and customer service are an absolute nightmare. They seriously need to review their returns process, and for refunds to be paid quicker. I also had to constantly chase up communication and replies. I thought the customer care staff were quite careless and very brief, verging on rude. I have never in 37 years had such a nightmare in returning items to a company. It was exhausting.”

“Ordered a beautiful cushion and when it arrived, it was even better quality than I expected. Delivery was efficient and prompt. I was sent 2 cushions in error. Customer services let me kee the 2nd one as, a goodwill gesture. Easy to contact by phone too. Will certainly recommend this company for quality and excellent customer service”

“Purchased a beautiful table lamp . Was so pleased with it we ordered another . They both arrived very quickly, well packaged and we are absolutely delighted with them. They are good quality and we look forward to enjoying them for a long time.”

“My parcel arrived quickly. But I did not like the cushions. They just didn’t suit and looked very dated. Three weeks after returning the parcel at my own eco I am still waiting for contact concerning my refund”

Dear Customer Thank you for taking the time to leave the above feedback. I have had a look at the lead time for processing your refund. We recieved your returned items on the 1st of February. We then issued the refund on the 13th of February. As per our Terms & Conditions, all refunds should be issued within 14 working days of recieving the goods back. Your refund was issued within our stated time period. “I love the Voyage notebooks for myself and to give as presents. Each year I buy a selection for my annual journaling. The outlet sale allows me to get other Voyage products too which would normally be out of reach. Thank you for running the annual sale. 😊”
