“Fairly hard to review my purchase when YET AGAIN Sendle can’t be bothered to deliver my products in a timely way, I always have to put in a complaint to get Sendle to deliver. My dogs really do like Benevo dog food though.”

Great to hear your dogs love the Benevo vegan dog food. Sendle uses either CouriersPlease or Fastway to ship our parcels. I believe the parcels are transported to Tasmania from Melbourne by sea. I have no control over the shipping delays to Tasmania due to the situation in Victoria. Let's hope things improve and shipping to Tasmania will go back to normal.

Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do about the shipping prices to suburbs classified as remote by Sendle.com. Sydney metro suburbs have the lowest shipping rates followed by non-remote suburbs outside of the Sydney metro area. I do not profit from shipping and actually make a loss for the cost of the boxes and packing material. This may change in the future after I get enough sales volume and qualify for better rates from another courier company.
