“Forgot to add apartment # in the address. Reached out to customer service and Charlotte was very kinda and helpful. Not only but it was a fast response but she was also able to add it for me with no problem before the order got shipped. Great example for amazing customer service. Thank you Charlotte”

“I love VQfit. Been a customer for a few years now and today their service was nothing short of terrific. I was assisted by Charlotte in rectifying a faulty refund issue which resulted in losing out on some items that I really wanted that I had bought during an exclusive online sale. Emailed customer support and was met with swift responses AND got the missed items taken care of in a separate order with the shipping costs covered by VQ even though the sale was already over. Charlotte was truly exceptional, the most painless experience ever. Favorite athletic-wear brand period!”

“One of the worst companies I’ve ever felt with. Not just worst clothing company I mean worst company. They are completely unprofessional, completely incompetent to simply receive an order and get it shipped to you. They mess up the labels all the time, it’s gets sent back then they are randomly out of stock of the same item they just messed up the shipping on ,which all they had to do was correct the labels. To try and rectify the situation with their customer service is absolutely painstakingly useless! Automated responses constantly and can’t get through to anyone with any kind of sense. My experience with them is still on going after 4 months and still have not received my order. This company is a nightmare to deal with, the ones who have been successful with them that’s awesome but if there are any hiccups along the way you’re in for a ride and an extremely costly one with no accountability or responsibility on their part at all!! So just assume you’re gonna loose out if there comes a problem. Good luck to anyone who proceeds with them but buyer beware it could cost you some stress and frustration and some dollars along the way.”

“Vanquish is a high premium band for people in the fitness industry. They worry about giving you the best of the best products and customer service. A few days ago I had purchased a large order and one of the hoodies that I purchased had a stained I contacted vanquish right away to let them now I spoke to someone named Sandro and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend”
