“The trackie bottoms that I ordered came with a small manufacturing fault. I got in touch with the company through their website by emailing them. Jordan was very fast to reply to my email ( minutes ). I had to send a couple of photos to show the fault with the item. Then they sent me 2 options to chose from to solve the issue ( both options were great ). Absolutely amazing service, will definitely be shopping with you again. Thank you very much for all your efforts and generosity.”

“My order arrived quickly. When I needed to exchange an item I was so pleased to see I could simply write the details on a note and enclose with the item to be returned. Big relief not to have to bother with finding a printer! Within 3 working days Vanquish had received my return and I received an email from Chris to let me know my exchange was on its way! Cannot fault the service”

“Never received my order since January 13th. After a lot of e-mail contact, today they finally sent the order. I checken the ordernumber but this is the wrong order! I have sent an e-mail one more time but they do not respond anymore. I have ordered here more times but this was definately the last time! Very bad service!”

“I ordered leggings etc. on 26/Jan/2021. I sent an email to vanquish customer service on 28/Feb/2021 since the goods did not arrive for a month. The reply from vanquish just showed tracking number of the cargo. And the tracking number showed no progress (It had not even shipped out.), I sent an inquiry again. But the reply just showed the same tracking number again. It seemed vanquish sent a reply automatically without reading my email. Then I sent several claim letters and they finally sent the goods out on 5/Mar/2021. Though vanquish said it would arrive 6 -10 working days, it arrived on 26/Mar/2021 which was 2months after my order. I thought the goods had never arrived if I did not sent several claims. The PIC was Charlotte and Chelsea.”

“This was my first purchase with Vanquish but definitely won't be my last. I came across them through instagram and really liked the look of the things they were posting. I looked at the website and decided to purchase two pairs of sweatpants which arrived within a couple of days. I've got to say the quality and the fit was excellent and better than products I have previously bought elsewhere for a higher price. However I did decide to exchange one of the items for a different colour which was really easy to do. On receipt of my return Chris from there customer service team contacted me to update me and to let me know my replacement item was on its way. This was a 10 out 10 experience and will definitely be returning for more things. Highly recommend.”

“Customer service were friendly and prompt dealing with my product enquiry.I needed to exchange item and it was done quickly with them keeping me informed and up dated.They even covered the couple of pounds difference in the exchange.I will definitely use them again as the are a good uk company with good products and good customer service. “The clothing quality is far superior than other fitness brands I’ve bought from. And they’re a good fit - exactly as shown on the site. Really good reliable customer service support too - super quick and helpful. I’ll stick to VQ for my gym wear now - they actually make your work out a bit easier because of the comfy fit.
