“I am extremely pleased with Vanquish customer service... I was in a pinch with Fed Ex re: address and only Vanquish could fix... I love that you were extremely prompt with responses and handling my current dilemma... I will continue purchasing from Vanquish in the near future... ( i just wish we didnt have to use fed ex..) ha! Thank you for your dedication Charlotte... I am hoping to get both packaves today, as i will let you know! Sincerely.. Jill Bryant USA”

“The returns policy was great and was easy to follow and i was contacted straight away when my parcel got back to them and was addreesed quickly, can't fault them !”

“Sizing can be hard with different fits for clothing but customer service was great, friendly replies via email and made me more inclined to reorder with customer service that would allow exchanges or a change of size for example.”

“Brilliant product and fabulous service from Vanquish, and CHRIS in particular is an absolute star. Silly me, I bought the wrong size vest - but I used the return form and the very clear exchange process, and what do you know? Within 2 days of sending the vests back I get a lovely e-mail from CHRIS explaining that replacements are on their way. Why can't all companies be as good as Vanquish? Because they don't have CHRIS working there!! Thank you Vanquish and thank you CHRIS”
