“J ai eu un problème à cause du brexit avec ups 26 euros de frais de douane, j ai contacté le service clients et ils m ont tous de suite remboursé les frais avec une carte cadeau .service clients rien à dire génial. Je recommande 😉”

“Charlotte helped me after my package was stolen from my neighbors front steps. She order me another two shirts from VQ fitness. She didn’t have to and she did. She is so compassionate, patient and understanding to help me and communicate with me as much as she did. I wish every company had a Charlotte.”

“Had placed an order that was lost by the courier. Charlotte was very helpful from the beginning, she opened up an investigation to attempt to find the missing package. When unable to find it, she was quick reship the order and get it taken care of!”
