“The customer service at vanquish is nothing short then amazing. The care and help they are willing to give is more then any company I have ever purchased from. Charlotte was beyond helpful in helping me return some clothes that were too small. With I could give 10 stars!”

“As soon as the new Zeal Collection was out, I made my order! Sadly, one of the items had a small problem so I decided to write an email to the Help Center to see what we can do about it. I was extremly surprised that I got a response a few minutes later. My advisor, Chelsea, responded instantly and helped with all my questions and resolved quickly my problem. I definitely recommend everybody to write when you have a problem because you will be very pleased with the treatment VQFit offers to their customers!”

“J'avais commandé deux tee-shirts sans trop connaître ma taille. Suite à cette erreur,j'ai renvoyé ces derniers, j'ai eu un échange clair et rapide avec "Chris". Je le remercie pour sa réactivité et sa gentillesse. Les produits de la marque Vanquish sont de très bonne qualité ! Si vous avez besoin d'aide, n'hésitez pas à les contacter. “サイズ違いで交換してもらったが、カスタマーサービスのレスポンスが早く、親切。商品はもうひとつ実用面で改良の余地あり。 I exchanged some stuffs cuz of the sizing. So the customer service team's replying are quite quick and kind. It's very impressive and responsibilly. Especially Oliver Maloney's react was proper. Chelsea's as well. Just the clothings need kinda improve practically.”

“This was maybe my 4th time buying clothes from Vanquish and I had an issue for the first time. One of my items was faulty. Chris the customer service agent took ownership of the issue and provided me with a solution right away. Clothes are amazing, customer service are extremely efficient. I’m so happy this store exists. I definitely recommend buying the stuff they sell. Thank you Vanquish! 🙏”
