“Great Team work!! After having a missing package problem. To not getting certain refunds. Emailing back and forth with Chelsea, I was able to get my items and my refunds. Chelsea was very responsive, replied to emails in less thank 24 hrs. I’m actually very impressed. And I am very satisfied. Thank you Chealsea!”

“Quality gear, have ordered multiple times. Usually no problems ordering but recently ran out of an item I'd ordered. Customer service (Charlotte) was great - very quick to respond and very keen to make sure the issue was resolved. Will order again!”
