“Mistakes do happen its only human nature, but the service i received for my missing item was Excellent. The missing item was sent out immediately and was on its way to me. “I had a couple pairs of pants that didn’t fit right. I was weird about how to do exchanges out of the country. Chris with their customer care was clear and to the point and the issue was handled with ease. I will definitely be shopping with them again! Clothing quality is awesome as well!”

“First package was shipped empty... Took a while to hear back. They offered to resend the package, by the time they were ready to send it the product I had ordered was out of stock. Took a while to hear back again. Package has supposedly been shipped, except with 2/3 products I purchased. Have not heard back from “Charlotte”. Something is not right about this company… everyone’s orders were incorrect? Coincidence? Hmmmm… They offered me a $10 off if I posted a nice review.”
