“I asked Vanquish customer service to help me with my recent order. I got fast replies and soon my problem was solved and my package reshipped. I would like to give a special shout out to Chelsea who responded me quickly and resolved this for me.”

“For the 2nd time I bought fitness clothing through the well-arranged website of Vanquish (vqfit.com). The first time I bought several t-shirts. The Vanquish clothing wears well and is very comfortable during my workout. Due to a slow cart update, I accidentally ordered and payed two of the same items on my second order. After I left a message via the confirmation email, with the request to deduct 1 item, I received a response from customer service the same morning. I was helped in a very friendly way by employee Jordan. 1 item was credited neatly, even before the order was shipped. I received my order super fast from the moment it was shipped from the United Kingdom to The Netherlands.”

Give you 100 points. Same as your colleagues in the company, why Is the efficiency of handling things so much worse? I have spent more than a month with your colleague and still can’t handle things well. But I’m still very happy to meet you to help me deal with it later.
