“Fast refund and great service. Had a good communication with Chris from the team who supported me with a good customer Service. Quality of the product was good, but unfortunately you have to pay the delivery costs for the refund yourself.”

“Fast and very kind customer service. I was kindly surprised. I needed help with my order because I filled some informations about my email address incorrectly. They fixed it fast and after that they also provided me some gift card because I just missed the current SALE. “I ordered a product from VQ and hadn’t received my product within the time frame and so I emailed customer service as the courier had apparently not received. Chelsea got back to me within an hour trying to resolve the issue, and get a response from the courier. Very pleased with how quick the replies were, and with how the situation was handled. Definitely does not put me off ordering with them again. Great quality clothes and customer service 👏🏼”
