“J’ai acheté un chandail Dragonballz en avril 2023. J’ai cru remarquer en novembre 2023, un défaut avec mon logo à l’arrière de mon chandail. J’ai écrit la situation à Vanquish mentionnant que avais payé mon chandail plus de 70$. Ceux-ci m’ont répondu très rapidement et offert une compensation du même montant par cart cadeau, ou l’envoie d’un nouveau chandail de la même grandeur et même modèle ! J’ai parlé avec Chelsea et j’ai eu un service rapide et irréprochable. Merci beaucoup !!”

“The quality of clothing is really good, I bought a one piece and it was such a cool shape but I had to return it just because it was too small. Chelsea in their customer support was so friendly and helpful when I couldn’t track the package to see if it was delivered. She helped me super quickly and I really value great customer support! :) I’ll defo be ordering again!”
