“Overall good customer experience. I had an item to return, which I needed to enquire about via email after 2 weeks. However after my email was sent Chris was absolutely helpful and got my exchange done in no time. Good quality clothing too! Will use them again 100%.”

“Had to exchange sizes on a pair of tapered cargo pants from VQ Fitness and the return/exchange process was extremely smooth. The professionalism shown by Tara was excellent, and she ensured all the questions that I had regarding the exchange process was answered. Major props to the VQ Fitness support team!”

“I love the customer service of this brand! My return got processed next day 💜 Also love their sports bras, very nice fits. Shorts which I have ordered were not that flattering, so I will definitely wait for their collection to expand. This brand is on my watchlist though and hope to see it go up quickly!”
