“I had an issue with my parcel getting lost which couldn’t be helped but then when my parcel was reshipped, one of the items was wrong, i was initially annoyed by this. However, one of the representatives at vanquish called Charlotte quickly resurrected the issue and despatched my item to me within 24 hours of letting her know about. The issue was dealt with quickly and because of the fast communication and the items being of such good quality when they arrived i will be buying from Vanquish Fitness again. Thankyou Charlotte.”

“CHARLOTTE from Vanquish fitness was nothing but outstanding with dealing with my enquiry. I had a ripped pair of joggers which I loved, I simply e-mailed the admin inbox and Charlotte picked this up within a matter of hours. She was very empathetic and efficient. She processed my gift voucher within a day. Amazing company and advisor! I will be coming back.”

“There was an incident that the ordered clothes of Vanquish Fitness were missing on the way of shipment. I guess it may be because of a shipping company, however, Mr. Charlotte kindly consulted with me and quickly make an arrangement for the reship for free. Although it takes time to get items, I appreciate all the arrangements he made for me. I will absolutely continue to purchase items at Vanquish Fitness. Thank you very much.”

“I have to admit, I am really impressed with how awesome the Customer Service at Vanquish is! Charlotte replied to me pretty much immediately, was really professional the whole time and helped me resolve me problem waaay faster than I expected. “Good customer service. For anyone outside the UK a return is quite expensive and will not be refunded by the company. Therefore I would think twice about ordering items which I am not exactly sure about the fitting and sizing...”

“One item didn’t fit and was not the style I’d thought I’d seen online. Faultless and easy refund service with great support from Jordan. One point of feedback is to introduce free returns with preprinted return labels - that would add to an otherwise easy process.”

“Chris helped me with my refund and it was done very quick and easily. I got a pair of leggings and sports bra and the sports bra especially I thought was very good quality and support. Lovely colours and quality products.”
