“Items are quality and I will continue to order them. The one thing I don’t like much is the shipping I ordered my stuff 11/27/2019 and when I go to tracking the shipping says 3/12/2019 and it has done that every time I order. Other than that I love vq and have no actual product complaints”

“I got invalid tracking number and contacted Vqfit. They responded to my email very quickly and Chelsea was able to solve my problem! I love this company, they’re there for the customers and produce amazing quality products”

“They responded to my email quickly. Chelsea who was the customer service rep resolved the issue and located my order. I received my order that evening. Although the item I ordered did not look anything like it was pictured the shirt was so long it looked like a dress.”

“I have always wanted to oder some items from this fam and decided myself to make an oder on Black Friday. Due to a huge amount of requests from guests so my order took slightly longer than normal to be despatched. Special thanks to my advisor - Chelsea, who helped me with my tracking number and all for the best customer service ever. My package is on the way to its owner :)) and i can't wait any longer. Gonna be part of this family in the future.”

“I bought sweat pants. Just after wearing it at first, it was torn from the crotch . I sent an email requesting a response and soon received a reply, and I was able to give a refund (same gift card). I always feel that the vanquish fitness support desk is really quick, helpful and wonderful. Thank you Chris.”
