“Excellent quality! Order came super fast, everything fit true to size. Hoodie was missing the drawstring but thanks to Charlotte was able to sort it out super quick! Excellent customer service! Will definitely order again!”

“Purchased an order, was “delivered”, item never arrived at my doorstep. I have nothing to show for it. A dialogue was started revolving around a refund or a reshipment. Nothing happened after that or was done regarding a reshipment or refund. I’m literally out of money with no order in my hands. This company steals from you. Beware.”

“Charlotte was extremely helpful in dealing with my issue today. I sent an email with attached photos of my leggings and she replied within half an hour wheras usually when you email customer services for other clothing brands it takes days to get a response so I was really shocked in how fast my email was responded to. Really great service so thanks for that :)”
