“The clothes were okay, functional enough. Cute. I bought 2 sizes because I wanted to try both and send back the lesser of the 2 fits but they don’t pay return shipping and they are over seas so post office/ ups would cost over $100 to ship back to them. I emailed them, someone got back to me and told me that they would have DHL pick it up at my charge of $20 and once I paid it they would send me a return label. I paid the $20 and heard nothing back so I asked if I can get the return label and then they sent what seemed to be an automatic reply asking for an address, date and time to have it picked up. I responded. Got nothing back for days and reached out again and got the same email! So when I finally got that response the 3rd time I told them I wouldn’t be shopping with them and to just give my $20 back and they responded with the exact same automatic response. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! For me, a company is okay to make mistakes but over and over and to not make it right, is a company that doesn’t deserve business. I have them 2 stars because the clothes are not bad but based off of the horrible lack of customer service, I wouldn’t give them any at all.”

“Vanquish has INCREDIBLE service, above and beyond for global customers especially! I live in Canada so buying from a foreign brand online can be a huge risk. Luckily for all non-UK peeps, VQ has super high quality items (my bf loves the compression short sleeve and the hoodie fits him so well) and a top notch support team to handle exchanges. Chris let me know that the item I shipped back for an exchange could be successfully replaced with the right size. No additional shipping costs, tracking number provided so I could feel secure in the transaction. Really love this brand and company, they make amazing products and are backed by a solid work ethos. 5/5!”

“So I purchased some clothes and two of the three things was great. The material is awesome and super comfy. The crop long sleeve I ordered came with a hole in the sleeve. I immediately contacted customer service and Chelsea was very helpful. She immediately offered me some options to either get my money back or have the same product sent to me. I chose these gift card but I was very pleased with their service. Chelsea was very nice and got things done in a promptly manner.”

“Customer service was deplorable! I got the wrong color by mistake and they wanted me to pay the delivery charge to exchange the item. I offered to purchase the correct color instead, they refused, and abruptly ended the conversation. They were very rude.”

“I have been a customer for vanquish for a while now, and Ive always been satisfied with all my orders. I recently had a problem with one of my latest purchases and reached out to customer service. And let me just say that Vanquish has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced!! They reached out to me immediately! Cloe, Chelsea, and Charlotte all helped me out and killed it!! I’m super satisfied and will continue being a vanquish customer!!”

“After been left hanging by a customer service team member in a situation regarding non delivery, Chelsea who then dealt with the situation dealt with it swiftly and replaced the items. To be fair this was the first time there has been a situation but the first representative I dealt with was brutal. That aside always happy with my items and sizes”
