“Ordered 4 items, only received 3 and was missing a $65 pair of shorts that I have contacted someone at Vanquish 3 different times just to tell them hats going on and they tell me they are so sorry to hear I didn’t receive my order correctly. I sent them pictures of the package and contents of the package just to be ignored 3 times like they aren’t worried about fixing this issue. It’s been one problem after another with these people. Sub par clothing that is extremely over priced, with poor customer service. I guess I’m just going to take a loss on these shorts and go back to gymshark.”

“noticed a small hole in a pair of joggers i had purchased (they can’t all be perfect, these things happen!) so i email them with a picture and they replied straight away, apologised and offered me a replacement, great product and great customer service! I dealt with Chelsea, very helpful and very friendly!”
