Item ordered came up ridiculously small and the quality wasn't good. The returns process took a long time and the company is very unfair, charging £6 for return postage, this was way more than the actual cost of postage and stuck me as a scam. I ended up arranging my own postage for the return which was considerably cheaper but this took more time and effort. I'm future I'll shop elsewhere.

After ordering joggers and hoodie to be sent back as joggers didn't match hoodie and was explained on the returns note, I got sent the same again not even acknowledged the photos I had sent over.

Clothes are good quality. Go a size bigger than you normal size. Disappointed though as no free returns unlike rival brands. Won’t be shopping with them again based on this. Overall cost is to expensive.

According to their policy as a customer, if you are looking to exchange product or receive a refund it is mandated (we do not yet offer a free returns service, so you will need to cover return postage cost) that the customer pay for return shipping.

It makes me question how the returns department in this company is run- that they can’t count 2 T-shirts in a returns parcel, read the returns form in the parcel or reply to any emails.

I then chased for weeks to get a reply, which I did not get and which resulted in me sending the item back to Vanquish via tracked post on 14 December which arrived at Vanquish’s returns centre on 17 December.
