“First order received was of such great quality that I ordered again that day! I thought that order got lost in shipping and emailed the company about my concern and they rejoined with in updated tracking and solution within hours. A+ company and customer service! Will be a long term customer if they keep this up.”

“The first staff member was uneasy because he couldn't solve the problem with the same text no matter how many times he emailed. However, Mr. Charlotte and Mr. Chris responded promptly and came to a solution immediately! He is a very nice staff, and I would like to ask again when purchasing or when something happens. This time, thank you very much!”

“It was truly disappointing that the initial staff Chelsea, took 5 months for the trouble to be solved whereas Charlotte, only took a day to solve the problem with satisfying recommendations. If you have any troubles with the item, I highly suggest Charlotte.”
