“I exchanged a item for another size over the 30 day exchange date (as it was xmas) this wasn’t a issue. The item I wanted wasn’t in stock to vanquish emailed em straight away asking if I would like to choose another item or a gift card. Communication has been quick. Thankyou vanquish clothing. Especially Chris who I have been speaking to through emails. Will definitely be using you again.”

“Always had a great experience with Vanquish. Top quality products that fit really nice. Hab to return two items because I ordered the wrong size but Chris sorted it out for me in an easy, quick and uncomplicated way. Will definitely be ordering again.”

“Worst retail experience ever ...... Possibly the worst retail experience I've had. Placed an order In November waited a few weeks and nothing arrived. Contacted customer service and they told me that they'd launch an investigation as when I placed the tracking details in it keep saying in transit. They said it would be a few days. I contacted them two weeks later to in January to chase up this up again, they said the item had been lost and they would reship. I contacted them on January 21 to ask for the new tracking order and details as it had been some weeks since they said they'd reshipped, they sent me the old tracking order details for the item that had been lost. The general incompetence at Vanquished is astounding. So three months to deliver a few items and incompetent customer service. Save your money and go elsewhere ......”

“Good service My item didn’t fit, therefore, I returned it. It was a very straight forward process and I received a confirmation email to say it had arrived and a refund issued to my PayPal account.”

“Well I ordered, but I didn’t receive my items instead I received someone’s order. Several times I emailed service in dec and I was assured that my order would be re shipped. and still to this day no order received or email confirmation was sent.”

“One star is for good quality product,bad rating for all hidden costs related to shipping. If you are ordering from North America,be aware of the custom duties that's charged to the customer. The delivery costs and custom duties will end up being equal to price of the clothing bought.”
