“Had a bit of delay with postage so I sent an email for an update. Had a quick response from Charlotte and she handled the situation superbly. Was very apologetic and refunded my postage immediately. Very good customer care!”

“Charlotte, he helped me again. The clothes I ordered have not been delivered for a month. When I contacted Charlotte, I got an email saying that the stock was running out. But he quickly solved the problem. Thx Charlotte.”

“I would like to thank the customer service department at Vanquish Fitness, ant her representative Miss Charlotte for her quick response to me, solving my problem, and their generosity in offering gift card for the damage done to me. And this is not the first time I deal with them in solving the challenges facing me. I am an old customer and I love their products and I always wear them while exercising or touring the city”

“Good customer service, I ordered some things from Vanquish and they did not arrive due to an issues with the courier (not Vanquish’s fault) I messaged customer services as the items had been returned to them. Charlotte got back to me and very quickly tracked down my things and has now sent them via a different courier.”

“DO NOT USE!!! Vanquish completely failed to deliver my package and have dismissed a further 3 emails from myself stating that I have not received anything. IT’S BEEN 4 WEEKS! The only email they responded to gave a fake apology, claimed to reship the items and offered a free £10 gift card if I completed three separate reviews which they have also failed to follow up on which is a very clever way to bribe reviews out of their customers. The fact that such an established company can think it’s okay to treat paying customers in such a way is disgusting. They don’t even have an office contact number so I have to rely on their incompetent customer service email.”

“There was an error in my shipping at no fault of VQ, however, when I contacted VQ their customer service was fantastic. Jordan was so helpful and did everything he could to make my order right. He responded in a timely manner and had very thorough communication with me. Thank you for your help Jordan and for helping make this right.”

“I have ordered from vanquish over the years and been satisfied but my last order had some damage on T-shirt they were very prompt and Charlotte was very fair and helpful and sent me out a gift voucher which I thought was very kind of them”

“I bought 4 pieces during the sale period. I understood that it would take time because it was shipped overseas, but the contents of the package I received were only three. When I emailed that one of the items I received was missing, I immediately received a reply asking me to send a picture of the item and bag I received from Charlotte. As soon as I emailed the photo of the missing one and the bag, she prepared for additional shipping. Charlotte is grateful for the kind response to my poor English email.”

“Very poor service experience. 1. Three of the items I received were faulty. I emailed customer support per the instructions on the website including photos of the faults. I was initially told that I would be required to pay shipping to return the items and receive a replacement which I consider to be unacceptable. 2. When I complained and provided my view that the store should be responsible for shipping costs given the items were faulty. 3. My complaint was escalated to Charlotte from customer service. She offered the resolution of a gift card for replacement value including postage which I accepted. 4. The gift voucher value was significantly less than the amount paid for the items. Despite sending 2 emails politely requesting an explanation as to how the refund amount was calculated, it has been over two weeks with no response. 5. I don’t recommend this store.”
