“I ordered a pair of tracksuit bottoms online and when they came they weren’t what I expected so returned them for an exchange of a different pair, the process was quick and easy and Chris was brilliant for letting me know how to do the process. Will definitely be back as the stuff is top quality.”

“Yes I just received my item this morning the product was good as always. Got a pair off joggers. And I find vanquish stuff to be the best fitted stuff. There never to big are to small. And as always Charlotte is always very helpful wen u have problem.”

“Ik heb vorige week 2 broeken besteld. Levering was erg snel binnen 4 dagen. Nu had ik 1 broek die na een dag stuk was. Heb de klantenservice een mail gestuurd met een foto. Ze reageerde de dag erop gelijk met excuus en met de mogelijkheid een nieuwe op te laten sturen of een gift card ik koos voor het eerste en deze is gelijk naar me toe gezonden. Moet zeggen dat het erg fijn is dat je zo snel geholpen word. Gebeurd niet bij alle webshops. Goede klantenservice. Ben geholpen door Chelsea.”

“I purchased some cargo pants from VQ I purchase some cargo pants from VQ, which was my first purchase, and the stitching unravelled in days. I raised this with them and no reply after 2 emails and a tweet. I continued to buy as thought this might be a one off. Spent £100s of pound since then with no real problem (although quality of premium stuff not premium) but happy enough. Last I returned some gym bottoms (at my expense) and order a replacement which was £7.99 cheaper. I received the cheap pants but no refund on my account. Sent 3 emails to query this and a tweet and again no response. For the sake £7.99 they've just lost a customer that was ordering £100s pound worth of stuff every few month. Awful way to treat loyal customers. Won't buy again.”
