“I received my order within a couple of days, I had to exchange the top and refund the leggings which was lovely but too long. My query was dealt with by Chris who was amazing he sent me an email to update on the progress of my return - excellent customer service and I received the replacement and refund very quickly and the fit was perfect. Great value for money”

“I’ve shopped a lot at vq for as I love the style, quality and comfort of the clothes they make. I recently made an order for Xmas presents for friends. After some confusion some of my order was refunded then it went missing. I got in contact with a lady named Charlotte at vq fit who was fantastic. I couldn’t ask for better customer service. She not only sorted out my order but managed to source the missing item from my initial order. My order now arrives tomorrow in time for Xmas so I’m very happy.”
