“Quality is very good, options for exchange is less good”

“I got an exchange for an item but did take a few weeks to get back to me but then my partner didn’t like it still so had to send back but could not send back to warehouse as they said was out of my sending back period. Got in contact with the company and sent it back to the office instead but did cost me postage but otherwise good service and would definitely order again”

“the price is average on the market. Service 5/5. Always ready to solve all problems regarding clothing delivery, return or exchange. It is very pleasant that there are such companies where such a high level of service has been served. Delivery to another country also does not have to wait long”

“I love the customer service of this brand! My return got processed next day 💜 Also love their sports bras, very nice fits. Shorts which I have ordered were not that flattering, so I will definitely wait for their collection to expand. This brand is on my watchlist though and hope to see it go up quickly!”

“the quality of the clothes was pleasantly pleased. Everything is beautifully packaged. good fabric. But, the size is very difficult to find the right one. they immediately answered and gave a form for the exchange and were always in touch. Thank you Tara my consultant”

“Good service My item didn’t fit, therefore, I returned it. It was a very straight forward process and I received a confirmation email to say it had arrived and a refund issued to my PayPal account.”

“Great Products and quality material. Had an issue with one item and was slightly damaged. However, within one day my ticket was resolved and they provided a gift card to the value of the item that was damaged. Charlotte was extremely helpful and her assistance very prompt. Definitely rebuying !!!”

“Sizing can be hard with different fits for clothing but customer service was great, friendly replies via email and made me more inclined to reorder with customer service that would allow exchanges or a change of size for example.”
