“I think they would do better as a company if they had better quality control and resolved customer order issues better. I have bought from them multiple times but most likely won’t again after getting the run around on a recent order of bumper plates that were supposed to be new and all of them weren’t. I will buy from Rogue in the future because they have better customer support and quality control from my experience.”

“Good, durable products. My bumpers from several years ago are still in great shape. I wish they allowed local pickup because even though shipping is “free” it is certainly factored into the price. I would have bought more bumpers from them recently if that was an option like some of their competitors.”

“We ordered several items as a department approximately seven months ago. When the order was initially placed, we were given a delivery time, but the items never arrived. When the shipment finally arrived, the order was incomplete. To date, we are still missing two items. I contacted Vulcan several times with no resolution. Buyer beware.”

“In putting together my home gym over the last couple weeks, I've used several vendors. Rep, Rogue, Titan, to name a few. Of everything I purchased, I'd say that this particular piece of equipment (Satety Squat Bar) from Vulcan has the greatest value over cost. Plus, unlike some vendors, there were no hassles with delivery. Vulcan also provides a veteran's discount which helps a bit when you're shelling out so much money. I'll definitely go back to Vulcan with any future requirements.”
