Great change plates would be better if it was in color

Round, predictable, and good grip! I' m not sure I like the loops on each side of the stitches. Good deal, bought on clearance, with free shipping.

I purchased the chrome spring collars to use on the Shorty Axle Bar and they have a snug fit. I don't do a lot of overhead drops, just occasionally for fun, so the spring clamps is all I needed. I give 4 stars because of the price being a couple $ more than others I have seen. Happy with my purchase. Thanks Vulcan for quality products!

They are nice plates; fit well on the bar. But why are they as expensive as they are? I understand that tolerances are likely higher but $/lb seems very high.

Other than having the anticipated delivery get moved back from mid-Dec to mid-Jan after pre-ordering the bell just before Thanksgiving! It appears to well made with a good mix of smooth and grip texture. Durability and all the stuff will have to wait till later date. I also bought the 16kg and 32kg and must say its nice they are all the same without having to pay the price of comp bells.

Finally received my bar and colored bumper plate set. The bumpers look great. They are not oily like some, they do leave the room with a rubber smell though. The bar also seems nice. The spin on the sleeves is amazing. Much better than my old bar. Only complaint is that the sleeves have scratches that were not caused by the shipping. Everything was well packaged for shipping. I'm excited to put them to use.

This squat stand is just as good, I believe, as the Rogue equivalent which I considered prior to buying this one. The only reason I eventually chose the Vulcan stand is because of the price, and i'm glad I chose it. It's sturdy, easy to move and easy to put together. It shipped SUPER faster as I was shocked when the FedEx man delivered it literally 48 hours after my order was placed. The only thing that I would have liked, though, would have been a better instruction display, or at least a larger image. Other than that it is well worth the money.

Finally got my bar and bumper plate combo. It survived shipping and everything looks pretty good. The bar sleeves have some giant scrapes that were not from shipping, but other than that everything came as expected.

Joey, What type of scrapes on the sleeve are you referring to? We inspect ever bar before shipping. Please send a photo.

The Vulcan slam ball is heavy duty and built to last. Customer service is great and the ball was delivered within a week.

After waiting a couple of months after purchasing the 230 pound set to arrive, was a bit long for free shipping and my account was never updated. When it arrived I was very pleased with everything. My one issue is that my 10LB bumper plate doesn’t seem to fit properly on my barbell. It gets about a quarter of the way down and it stops. Thinking it might be a problem across the board I tried all the bumper plates, which all fit fine. I don’t understand how one plate wouldn’t fit properly. All the holes are the same size and all the other plates fit fine, so I know it isn’t the barbell. I am happy with the product, especially the price, until I need to add a ten pound plate, such a headache. Just a tip, WD40 doesn’t help. I don’t know if they test for fitting before the ship, but maybe the company might want to take this into consideration.

So far, I believe this rack is really nice (especially for the price). It's stable and doesn't take up much space in my garage. The biggest test will be heavy static loads and time, which remains to be seen, but it is definitely a sturdy piece of equipment. There aren't any holes in the base to bolt the entire rack into the floor, but that doesn't seem necessary (just get some horse stall mats and it won't move). Shipping was really quick compared to some other companies, and packaging was efficient (2 boxes). I had a question about a seam on one of the base arms, and Vulcan got back to me within 30 minutes. Overall, good stuff.

Well made with a nice chrome finish. The narrow design (approx. 1 3/8") allows for more plates on the bar than most other collars. Weight is one KG, rather than an even lb.

I've used this rack for a few workouts now, And am happy overall. Movement/stability are probably as good as I'll find with any similarly priced products. Would be 5 stars if it was American-made. Customer service at Vulcan has been outstanding.

I've been able to use the bar now for a few weeks. Bushings in bar are fantastic. Very smooth. Knurling is as close to perfect as I can ask for. The smoother knurl in the center is just right to give enough bite on your shirt for squats. My gripe: The finish of the bar. The collars are finished great. The bar not so much. The coating is not even and came and looks scratched. I know the finishing on all bars will eventually where but I was pretty disappointed in the matte zinc finish to be honest. I expected better uniform unscratched bar after dropping close to $400. But the finish doesn't detract from the finish of the bar.

Fast shipping, packaging could have been better but the bar was in good condition. This bar feels awesome and it has handled all the weight I have put on it and dropped. My only actual complaint about the bar is the knurling is a little sloppy by the markings and the end of the bar. Other than that the bar is perfect and everything I was expecting from the reviews.

The Weights took almost 2 months to show up to my home due to a problem they had with customs. Would be 5 star if not for the long wait. I do recommend the product, just make sure they are not on back order =)

I've had this bar for about 2 months and really like it. It has good spin, solid construction, and good whip. The knurl is a little soft for my taste; I sweat quite a bit and wish there was just a touch more bite. The other (admittedly minor) gripe is the finish- which started coming off the first time I put a plate on. This doesn't impact the performance, and the other reviews made it pretty clear this was gonna happen, so I'm not bothered by it. Overall, I'm very happy with the bar and look forward to using it for years to come.
