“The product is fantastic. I love that it’s American made. And built well. However the customer service is awful. I’ve called at least a dozen times with no answers and my emails are only answered 1/2 the time. I would like to purchase more equipment but I can’t seem to get ahold of anybody.”

“I ordered a bunch of polyurethane 5lb plates and they are wonderful. A bit larger diameter than my other-brand rubber grip plates but not enough to be an issue. The one drawback is that they do not have a metal ring in the center so they grab the barbell sleeve a little bit which makes load/unload a little slower than other plates. But not a huge issue (buys me more time to rest!)”

“i got the 20kg bumper plates in blue color. they are definitely well made, and easy to grip(small flair at edge). the lettering stands out and there is not much bounce which is great.”
