“I ordered two products and then one was shipped and the other wasn’t bc Vuori ran out of stock. I wish I could have canceled the order or purchased another item in the place of the missing item.”

“These pants were very cute and extremely soft, but the pant legs were two completely different lengths. It was very noticeable and I even measured them to make sure I wasn’t seeing things (They measured at two different lengths). This is the third time I’ve ordered pants from Vuori and had this issue. I don’t experience this with other brands. It’s a shame because I love the style and fabric of so many of Vuoris bottoms, but I keep returning because of this issue :(”

“The product we received was great. The colors were nothing like the website though. Also, I paid for expedited shipping and it took over a week to arrive. Still love the company and plan to buy more but would like a discount for next purchase due to poor experience.”

“Pic in catalog, do not match quality of purchased goods. Also, sizes ran small for my wife n I; new haven’t changed sizes/gained lots any tangible weight, in 10 years. “Biggest issue is the return system they use. It's antiquated and doesn't allow for exchanges like most online retailers. I missed out on the ONE shirt I wanted from Vuori (size was too large and the return process took forever) Idue to this and it's incredibly frustrating.”

“I submitted my order based on an offer to receive 20% off if I submitted my email address. The order form was not clear, and I failed to enter alny code (which I don't think was sent). Anyway, I never go the 20% off; when I contacted vuori immediately after submitting the order, I was told it was too late, and that I could return the item if I wanted to. Very clumsy and rigid ordering system.”

“Quality of fabric is too stretchy. Also the last time I ordered the same sweater it was different fabric and didn’t have a zipper on the hip for storing stuff. The fit is becoming very specific”
