“I love the softness of these pants, but was a little surprised at how thin the fabric is. I was expecting something a little heavier, since these are not advertised as pajamas and it's winter. I thought these were going to be a medium weight sweat pant to wear out to tennis or to the grocery store, but they are more of a pajama type fabric.”

“I purchased a pair of pants which then were canceled because they were no longer in inventory. So I then purchased the same pant in a different length and the price had gone up. I worked with customer service, but they refused to honor the price I had originally purchased them at and said there was nothing they could do. I’ve worked in retail so I know accommodations can be can be made when needed.”

“I received someone else’s order and haven’t heard how any of it will be resolved and now I won’t have those gifts for my husband for Christmas.Very poor customer service.Maybe I’ll at least get a refund since I never got my order.”
