“The return went smooth and the staff was friendly and helpful. The physical location left much to be desired. The merchandising was very "onesy-twosy" and didn't have much uniformity. It was cluttered and there wasn't an organized feel to the store. The product was labeled as a "Long" but it was still a little too short. You're not quite Lululemon yet.”

“I took a chance ordering items for my wife for Christmas. She is tall at 6'2" so it's difficult to get things in the stores for her. As it turns out, what I purchased either didn't fit to her liking. Overall the experience was great other than we ended up returning the couple items that I had ordered. The purchasing and return processes were satisfactory.”

“First off, the material of the daily joggers is super soft. I am 5'9", long legs, regular torso. I originally ordered medium tall, as that is what I measured out at. They were Huge! Too late to return, so I then ordered a small tall. They fit better but I can roll them over at the top. It would be great if you could just make the legs longer without making the torso so long.”

“I like the heavier fabric for cold days. The XL was too big and the L was a little too small. I wish the style was more like the performance jogger which I live in but right now the weather is cold. Maybe next winter the heavier fabric can be used for the performance joggers.”

“I ordered two things online and was sent the wrong items. One of the items, I was able to reorder in a different size (not preferred, but I wanted it) and the other one was sold out, so I just ended up returning an item I never ordered and losing the chance to get the order I wanted.”
