“The pants didn’t match the tank that was maked as the same color☹️”

“I did not realize the core short had built in boxers. I do not like the feel of the built in boxers. The shirt I ordered was a little tighter than a medium size normally fits on me. The shirt also had a scratchy feel to it.”

“The strings on the waist were sewn in unevenly to the point I couldn’t even tie them. I wanted the pants for a trip and didn’t have time to return. Ended up cutting the strings off. Some type of quality control should have caught it.”

“Couldn’t apply the discount for some reason. Emailed the customer service and they only replied that the discount was not applied, not very helpful nor a good way to keep a customer. I would probably return the item but my wife really likes it.”

Hi Roger! Thank you for providing feedback on our return policy. Our policy is and will always support our customer's happiness. We even named our return policy, our "Investment In Happiness"! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, send it back for free, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label. System limitations only allow us to refund the original method of payment for up to 120 days after the purchase date. We feel this should be enough time for you to experience your gear and discover whether you love it or not. Anything returned after this time frame will be refunded to a Vuori Gift Card that can be used online or in-store. “Your sizing is confusing 2-4 6-8. I normally wear 4-6. The leggings were uncomfortably too small. I have returned them and am awaiting refund so I can order a different style. Also, I prefer leggings with cell phone pockets. Few of your leggings offer pockets and they tend to be too small to be of use for me. In my perfect world, I would like leggings in BLUE, with a cell phone pocket and no tie in front. I can't find anything like that on your site.”
