“Love the products- always! Style, comfort quality. However with this recent order much confusion ensued between the ‘Smoke blue’ color and ‘smoke blue heather’. I ordered both while attempting to create a matched set. I quickly realized the error but you do not allow cancellations. This was additionally stressful because it was an international order. The surprise was ruined and my gift recipient was shouldered with the task of returning her own gift. All could have been avoided if the two colors had different names or looked different in screen! I’m still out several hundred dollars while this gets corrected. It has been a frustrating experience.”

“Very poor indeed, a triumph of marketing spin over substance. The quality of the product is on a par with any mediocre Chinese garment sold on Amazon costing one quarter the price. Their marketing quack infers that the clothing is made in the USA, it isn’t. More likely on the sidewalks of some town in Sichuan. Their delivery timetable leaves a lot to be desired too. On the whole, best avoided.”
