“I love Vuori Strato tees and long tees ... the fabric, cut and durability are excellent ... however many of the colours are too dull ... I tried Ponto hoodie and tees which have better colours but was less keen on fabrics ... its great that Vuori is now in the UK, however the returns process is less good by DHL local agents. Come on Vuori, you're a great brand, but need to brighten up your colours a little.”

“Hi I bought the top not knowing that American sizeing must be a lot different than UK’s. It came reasonably quickly I normally get a medium but this top the sleeves were far too long and the top overalls length was too long for me. I thought about keeping it but I did not look good wearing it. That is why Iam returning it. I was contemplating ordering a small one but Iam dubious incase I have to return it.”

“This was my first purchase from Vuori. I love the brand ethos and can see myself purchasing significantly more items, as it goes particularly well with my style and lifestyle. The mistake I made on this occasion was ordering a tshirt which was too small (large rather than extra large), so it didn’t fit as I would have hoped. I really liked the shorts, especially the colour. I look forward to making more purchases through Vuori.”

“The fit was a bit too baggy for my taste. In particular, I like the sleeves on the workout tees to fit nicely around the upper arms rather than loose.”

“Delivery took a fairly long time (over a week), the product was ok but not to the quality I expected so I returned it on the day it arrived. Good news that the refund came through quickly though”

“My order arrived relatively quickly and was nicely packaged, but the Charcoal coloured Meta Pants that I ordered and received weren’t actually the size that they were labelled up to be. They were actually 28” waist 30” inside leg rather than the required 30” waist and 30” inside leg, so didn’t fit me. I know that a properly sized 30” waist Meta Pant fits me nicely as I’d been into your London shop to try them on beforehand, but I had to order online as the Charcoal colourway isn’t stocked in the shop, and I wanted to benefit from your online first order 20% discount. It was also disappointing to discover that having made a special journey back into central London to return the ‘faulty’ Meta Pants I couldn’t, and that I had to go back online to do so. And as you don’t offer an online exchange service, I’ve now got to go through the rigmarole of placing another online order for the Meta Pants I want, and I’ve got to hope that they are correctly sized, and all of this assumes that I can be bothered to do so. So whilst I liked the story behind Vuori and the items which I have purchased so far, the shine has definitely been taken off my Vuori experience, and I still don’t own a pair of the Meta Pants that wanted! To guarantee success in the competitive UK retail marketplace you really do need to quickly develop the omnichannel shopping capabilities of your competitors.”

“Good quality and lightweight fabric but came up small for size and very short length (and I am pretty short myself). Thought about returning but will wear with vest top underneath. Returns process is a real palaver anyway.”
