“I use this thing religiously and it helped me quit smoking cigarettes. Makes cigarettes taste nasty to me now. I smoke the golden tobacco 5.0 nicotine. It is very upsetting when you buy a singe or two pack and one or both are dark brown making it look like the rich tobacco flavor. It tastes burnt and absolutely disgusting. It is almost like they are stale. Some places will let you swap it out for another one, but it's bogus because you don't know until you open the package and then since it is then open, a lot of places won't let you return it. If that is the last of my money until I get paid next and I get a dark, burnt, nasty tasting one and I can't return it then I just wasted my money. This happens 99.5% of the time when I buy these. It is absolutely ridiculous that almost every time I get one this happens. I really like Vuse and I want to continue to use them but I am starting to think maybe I should try to switch to another brand because I want a good golden tobacco taste when I hit it. Not like Im sucking on burnt chapstick flavor. I have noticed if I buy the 4 pack it is less likely I will get a dark brown one. Also, at least if I have one or two dark brown ones, I have 4 total so I at least have a couple good ones. But I can't always afford to buy a 4 pack. Also, $7-$10 for one pod then around $12-$14 for two is a weird price difference. Lastly, These are incredibly easy to lose and misplace. If you don't have pockets or a purse on you 24/7 you can lose these very easily. A magnetic lanyard to keep these around your neck would be a great idea if not thought of by the company already. The menthol flavors are way too much menthol.”
“Well i have something to note down for the makers of vuse pods. Everytime i go to a vendor and i get a single pod od vuse 2.4 menthol im expecting to be good when i realize that if a pod is clear color or super light yellow the pod is good but when i see that the pod is brown in a menthol same one i get everytime it taste like burning coils or a bad after taste and its not good and the vendors wont swap it out. Do something about it.”

I just bought a 2 pack and BOTH are burnt AND they went up in price ! The place I bought them said they’re not replacing them and to contact Vuse but I already learned that that’s a waste of my time too!! It’s just bad business ! It’s literally been going on like this for the past year and nothings been corrected as far as I can tell . I am writing the review to express my deep disappointment with Vuse products and service.
I purchased the Vuse eTank mini on 11/07/22 in Lewisham Shopping Centre.
Unfortunately, the product did not perform well. The mouthpiece fell apart in my mouth. When I was vaping, the liquid entered my throat and made me sick. I tried to charge it but it kept blinking and didn't work.
I contacted the Vuse customer service by email on 11/07/22 and explained the problem. I got an automatic response and number of my case CASE-02299093. Today is 18/07/22 and nobody contact me. I try to contact vuse by email again but they blocked my message!
I would not recommend Vuse to anybody.”
“stopped cigarettes used vuse 1yr 1/2 ago, I can even count how many pods leaked or discolored tasted bad and had to be tossed So much money wasted. I did try to quit but it was way harder then cigarettes so still using and still same thing. The cs depend sometime nice or sometimes horrible. all they do is send coupons in a month yes 30 days and you have to buy more to use the coupon. I did return it once, drove 15 min out of my way to no avail. i was ordering on line until it took over 30 days to get my order. This is such a blatant rip off they are stealing '”

“The picture below proves my point here. Just look at the variance in color. Those darker ones are 5.0's stuffed in a 2.4 pack. Every 2.4 Golden 4 pack i purchase has two or more 5.0’s in them. These pod's are $5+ each. Good luck with that, I’m switching to something else.”
“Absolutely horrible customer service and if its possible an even worse carrier to deliver their product. They billed me on 4/28...they "say" that the carrier, Haultail, picked up the package on 5/2...today is 5/27 and still no package...Vuse pointed me to the carrier app(which is worthless) but does have a chat feature. I have been told for 3 consecutive days now that my package will be delivered, I wait around and no delivery, when I call Vuse to complain they escalate to a supervisor who said that I have two options: 1. keep waiting or 2. they can refund my money and I can go buy a different product! Very disappointing that a company the size of Phillip Morris has such horrible a customer service. I will be looking for an alternate product to use moving forward. 10 - 15 business days is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for a delivery and they can't even honor that commitment!”
“Their delivery is horrible. They take your money immediately but waiting over three weeks, still not delivered. The same status on the "tracking number" for over a week. Customer service, no help. Lately, 50% of the pods leak. They have leaked in the packaging and received pods that are darker than others. I will have to find another product. They use to be great. Sad.”
“I used to really enjoy the Vuse Golden Tobacco pods. But lately, no matter where I buy them, they are discolored and harsh. Which tells me they are mass producing them and they are old, perhaps exposed to heat in storage by distributors, and they are non refundable. A great way to get the money for bad or contaminated product. I quit vaping a week ago and feel so much better. “Ordered on the 3rd of the month and they didn't ship until the 8th. Used Haultail Courier as the shipping company. What a joke! 19 days letter and still no product. Tracking is a bigger joke. Last update is "picked up by Courier at terminal ". This was 5 days ago, no info since then. They have no idea where the courier Hub is at, no idea where the terminal is at, and no idea on how to contact the courier. The entire process is ridiculous. As of today I still have no product and no answers. I spent $77.00 on the 3rd.”
