THE PODS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE A LIGHT TAN ISH COLOR, WHEN I BUY A 4 PACK 9 TIMES OUT OF 10 ONLY ONE IS GOOD, WHEN THEY ARE DARK THEY ARE HORRIBLE!! THE WORST THING ABOUT IT IS THE STORES WONT REFUND OR EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT SO YOU ARE FORCED TO BUY MULTIPULE PACKS. I SPENT $100 THE LAST TIME AND GOT ONE GOOD POD. WHEN I CONTACTED THE COMPANY THE ONLY THING THEY CAN DO IS SEND ME COUPONS. THE COUPONS ARE BUY A PACK AND GET A PACK FOR FREE, (SO REGARDLESS THEY ARE STILL GETTING MY MONEY), AND WHEN I USE THE COUPONS I STILL GET BAD PODS, SO IM STILL IN THE SAME SITUATION, AND TO BOOT THE COUPONS SHOW UP FOUR TO SIX WEEKS LATER!!!! THIS COMPANY IS REDICULOUS!!! THE WAY I SEE IT, THIS COMPANY OWES ME MONEY NOT COUPONS!!!

Bought four 4 packs opened them right at the register and said I’m not paying for these. The clerk open four more 4 packs and they were all burnt as well so she just refunded my money.

I'm getting tired of paying a high price for pods that are burnt and unusable. Stores won't trade them out even if you open them there. Just money in the trash.

Purchased a vuse disposable pen, worst item ever and not the advertised 500 puffs more 200. Taste is week and customer service who expect you to jump through hoops to get a refund. Surely they must be aware of how bad a product they are selling. Advertising watchdog should become involved with regards to false advertising this inferior product.

I have bought several golden tobacco vuse pods… and I would say 95% of the time they are all dark in color! I have spent so much money and no one helps to get a refund, this is just like getting bread that has mold. It has been extremely frustrating! I have no idea who to talk to, I have tried other e cigarettes but none that I like more than the golden tobacco..

As everyone else is saying... I've been a vuse customer for years at this point. I loved the golden tobacco even through the iterations. For months now I've been getting one or two bad pods per pack... $24 per 4 pack btw. The last 4-6 packs I've bought now have all been these darker colored pods that I'm pretty I shouldn't be vaping.... The new repackaged versions ( the ones without the plastic and just the little paper tab ) seem to just all be bad pods...

Absolute garbage 2 out of four pods are dark burnt nasty waste of money.trying to get rid of old product just throw it away. Goodbye.good riddance

I trying to quit smoking and have used this product but for about 6 months now the rich tobacco 5% have been coming in a burnt and really dark color, tasting awful before its even half gone ,many have stopped working leaving me to have to discard pods that are half full not to mention the price has doubled in the last year at first i thought they were great but not so much now I'm in the prosses to find another brand the only thing is that the vuse is the only brand that i tasted that comes close to the cigar taste I want sad

I've been using this e cig for a couple of yrs now --I get golden tobacco, 1.8% or 2.4%. But recently it never fails that I'll either get one pod that's brown and will stop working when there's still more than 1/2 the nic juice left, or all the pods in my pack are brown. I'm so tired of wasting my money, I'm literally quitting bc of this. Thanks, a-holes

Well i have something to note down for the makers of vuse pods. Everytime i go to a vendor and i get a single pod od vuse 2.4 menthol im expecting to be good when i realize that if a pod is clear color or super light yellow the pod is good but when i see that the pod is brown in a menthol same one i get everytime it taste like burning coils or a bad after taste and its not good and the vendors wont swap it out. Do something about it.

Vuse won’t fix their dark liquid issue ! I’m so mad about all the money I’ve waisted . Would NOT recommend their product AT ALL!! I just bought a 2 pack and BOTH are burnt AND they went up in price ! The place I bought them said they’re not replacing them and to contact Vuse but I already learned that that’s a waste of my time too!! It’s just bad business ! It’s literally been going on like this for the past year and nothings been corrected as far as I can tell . I really liked them too …this is why I’ve been waiting literally for a yr all the while throwing money away & hoping for a change . I’m done

The most unreliable tobacco I have ever smoked I am literally going to quit because they waste my money they are usually dark and nasty but the white colored are great the problem is you don’t ever get them.

vuse has some defective burnt dark color products in golden tobacco and menthol 5% I recommend consumers should open the package before buying so you can reject the purchase .

Over a MONTH and no delivery. Their delivery company, Haultail, is a scam. When, by a miracle, you can contact Haultail, it is obvious, since English is not their first language. Save your money, and use Blu or 21st Century...ANY vape OTHER than vuse.

Rubbish Products and Disgusting Service I am writing the review to express my deep disappointment with Vuse products and service. I purchased the Vuse eTank mini on 11/07/22 in Lewisham Shopping Centre. Unfortunately, the product did not perform well. The mouthpiece fell apart in my mouth. When I was vaping, the liquid entered my throat and made me sick. I tried to charge it but it kept blinking and didn't work. I contacted the Vuse customer service by email on 11/07/22 and explained the problem. I got an automatic response and number of my case CASE-02299093. Today is 18/07/22 and nobody contact me. I try to contact vuse by email again but they blocked my message! I would not recommend Vuse to anybody.

stopped cigarettes used vuse 1yr 1/2 ago, I can even count how many pods leaked or discolored tasted bad and had to be tossed So much money wasted. I did try to quit but it was way harder then cigarettes so still using and still same thing. The cs depend sometime nice or sometimes horrible. all they do is send coupons in a month yes 30 days and you have to buy more to use the coupon. I did return it once, drove 15 min out of my way to no avail. i was ordering on line until it took over 30 days to get my order. This is such a blatant rip off they are stealing '

Their pods are all BAD 😡😡 Makes me SICK ! Feels like poison! All miscolored ! And it’s not just cosmetic ! COMPLETE WASTE IF MONEY ! Plz pOeple , bring to poison control and health dept 😡😡. Company refuses to take responsibility!

The picture below proves my point here. Just look at the variance in color. Those darker ones are 5.0's stuffed in a 2.4 pack. Every 2.4 Golden 4 pack i purchase has two or more 5.0’s in them. These pod's are $5+ each. Good luck with that, I’m switching to something else.

Absolutely horrible customer service and if its possible an even worse carrier to deliver their product. They billed me on 4/28...they "say" that the carrier, Haultail, picked up the package on 5/2...today is 5/27 and still no package...Vuse pointed me to the carrier app(which is worthless) but does have a chat feature. I have been told for 3 consecutive days now that my package will be delivered, I wait around and no delivery, when I call Vuse to complain they escalate to a supervisor who said that I have two options: 1. keep waiting or 2. they can refund my money and I can go buy a different product! Very disappointing that a company the size of Phillip Morris has such horrible a customer service. I will be looking for an alternate product to use moving forward. 10 - 15 business days is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for a delivery and they can't even honor that commitment!
