“If I can give minus stars I will. Since the change to the new pods the product has become unbearable to use. Best of all is that the company claimed it was only changing the coils and not the liquid. I always used the dark cherry 3%. The new pods tastes like artificial sweetener and smells like cat urine. I have reached out to vuse for over a month now and they don't even have the decency to respond. They made a BIG mistake changing these pods, more and more complaints are surfacing and I'm staring to wonder how many customers they are willing to lose before they will change back. If they ever will. Recommendation: Stay away.”

They leak in the package before we even open them, they leak more when you puff on it. they always make a bubbling noise, and they don't seem to last as much as before. “Vuse is absolute garbage. I emailed once about my device overheating when turned off, and plugged in charging, when you would grab it it would burn your hand, literally. I didn't even want to return the product I just wanted to let them know that they had dysfunctional devices that were overheating and could potentially cause fire damage to homes and other places. The email reply I got back from the company, It was suggested that "don't smoke our product then" and " you shouldn't be smoking anyways". I was spending $32 a day 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year. So roughly that email cost the company about $40,000, over the last 4 yrs. I haven't quit vaping, but my vaping yearly cost is roughly $7,000 now. This is a hard F, on, FUK Vuse!!! They don't care if they're crappy devices burn your house down!!!!! 100% truth!
It's not just the one vape that has overheated for me under the same circumstances, but this one particular vape could have burned my f****** place down ππ”
“0 stars! I HATE these new black opaque refill cartridges! I need to see how much liquid is inside. I need to monitor how much I'm smoking by keeping an eye on how much is left. They are probably ripping us off & not even putting nearly as much liquid inside now! Especially people with O.C.D. & A.D.H.D. etc, we need to know/see how much is left inside π’

“The New pods leak if you can keep them working. Four pods out of twenty just stopped working with only a few Puffs drawn off them. My store guy won't exchange them. Bring back the old pods. I'll finish off my remaining pods if they work. Then I'll be switching to a different company.”
“I started using the abuse vapes a few years ago and absolutely loved it, but after their new pod design Iβm left disappointed. These new pods LEAK like its nobodies business.
Would suggest rather saving up a bit longer and getting something really secure and that does not mess all the time.
The new pods/ devices also have a tendency of still burning/ pulling even after youβve stopped taking a drag, and itβs noisy, where the old model and pods were not.

“I recently stocked up on views 5000 hoping to get the old stock, before it was replaced with a new stock instead I was given all new product which is much harsher than the original. I choose to smoke the unflavored clear version and I canβt even get a drag Without killing my chest and no smoke comes out. These are horrible products. If something wasnβt broke why would you change it now Iβm stuck with about $500 worth of product that I cannot use. Total waste of money. There is a color difference in pods in the same package, the darker they are, the worse they taste (burnt). Is there no quality control at the manufacturing facility?? “Absolutely hate the new flavours. The "intense" just translates to twice as sweet with an unpleasant weird aftertaste and FYI Vuse not everyone is a fan of mint. Want the old strawberry and blueberry back with clear pods so you can see how much is left. I don't know why you have made everything so nauseatingly sweet except that you are trying to up the appeal to the 16-20 year old crowd and to Hell with us older users.
