“I am so upset with the pod changes, the box claims it's a "new pod but same taste" but the flavor has changed completely. Cucumber mix is the only flavor I actually enjoy and buy from vuse and it is so bad i don't think I can buy vuse anymore.”

“I loved the menthol Vuse and have been using it since 2020 and it helped me stop smoking cigarettes. In the past 6 months or so, the vuse Pods I have purchased (A LOT) unfortunately, simply die out after 1 or 2 charges or don't make it until then. I literally threw away 5 in the past month and the blue one I just bought yesterday is already overheating. Terrible pod manufacturing. VUSE needs to do something or start losing once loyal customers.”

“I agree with the other reviewers. The product is not consistent. You can't return bad product ( which is very frequent) and even their "customer service center" is untruthful. I was promised a check for $76. to reimburse me for bad product. I received a check for $26.
When I first started buying Vuse, it was fine. The pods were consistently correct. I don't know what happened and why the company cannot produce quality product anymore ( and they don't seem tocare!!). I will be looking to change.”
