“Consistency is horrible. Tired of wasting money on burnt brown brand new pods. Have been waiting patiently for error to be fixed, flushing money down the toilet while doing so. Price has continued to go up and quality way down.

“The pods are inconsistent—some are good and some just taste like burnt chalk. 1 or 2 of 4 in a pack are ok. It’s terrible and definitely the reason I’ll be switching. If the quality was consistent, would recommend! But it’s not.”
“The last 6 months I have flushed so much $ down toilet on these thinking just a bad months long batch was sent to my part of Ontario and the flavours would work themselves out and go back to how they were. WRONG. I smoke the Golden and Rich Mix and I don’t know what idiot decided to revise the tastes but UGH. They used have AWESOME maple/sweet/coffee taste and now they are absolutely unusable. Contacted them to complain and they said they’ve revised flavours to create a more balanced taste. By completely removing anything GOOD about them? Replacing the flavours with what tastes like the strongest cigar mixed with the taste of when I used to light a cigarette filter first accidently? “I have used vuse for a long time but recently the quality of the vape pods are terrible. The liquid is dark and tastes so bad they can not be used. The price has taken a 6 dollar hike on the four pack in the past year and I don't get the quality I am paying for. I will now be forced to find another product to use. “Yeah I'm pretty sure I just got incredibly sick in the lungs from bad product. Coughing up balls of white yellowish phlem straight from the lung. I'm saving my cartridges and taking them in to be tested because i believe there is clearly chemicals in there that shouldn't be. If there are varying unexpected levels of unwanted chemicals, expect further action.”
“I have bought several golden tobacco vuse pods… and I would say 95% of the time they are all dark in color! I have spent so much money and no one helps to get a refund, this is just like getting bread that has mold. It has been extremely frustrating! “As everyone else is saying... I've been a vuse customer for years at this point. I loved the golden tobacco even through the iterations. For months now I've been getting one or two bad pods per pack... $24 per 4 pack btw. The last 4-6 packs I've bought now have all been these darker colored pods that I'm pretty I shouldn't be vaping.... The new repackaged versions ( the ones without the plastic and just the little paper tab ) seem to just all be bad pods...”
“I trying to quit smoking and have used this product but for about 6 months now the rich tobacco 5% have been coming in a burnt and really dark color, tasting awful before its even half gone ,many have stopped working leaving me to have to discard pods that are half full not to mention the price has doubled in the last year at first i thought they were great but not so much now I'm in the prosses to find another brand the only thing is that the vuse is the only brand that i tasted that comes close to the cigar taste I want sad”
“I've been using this e cig for a couple of yrs now --I get golden tobacco, 1.8% or 2.4%. But recently it never fails that I'll either get one pod that's brown and will stop working when there's still more than 1/2 the nic juice left, or all the pods in my pack are brown. I'm so tired of wasting my money, I'm literally quitting bc of this. Thanks, a-holes”
