“I've used these for the last 2 years and Something has changed. The price sky rocketed and the quality went down the drain. Their Pods leak more and are not a good liquid quality (like the use to be). The last few times I've bought the 4 pack, half if not 3 quarters of them had already leaked (in the package). I'm done buying them. Don't waste hot time with this product.”
“Vuse pods suckkkk now! You spend $26 for a 4 pack that are 99.9% dark brown when they should be light and almost clear! You might “like a 1% chance” get a normal pod, but usually not! The pods taste gross and leak.. Sometimes they won’t even hit. I am not using them again. Tired of wasting money on tar looking pods. Customer service don’t do anything! Send coupons and it’s buy 1 get 1, which is stupid!! I will be switching to something else because this has been going on way too long. Pretty sure I have asthma from their nasty quality now. They lie to me that ill be getting a check for all the bad packs i purchase even wen i send them photos and details of each pack few months later called back for an update on when i was going to get my check was told that they dont have any information regarding my complain and no ticket wtf fk u vuse”
“I stopped buying vuse. Almost a year ago becauseost of the pods were burnt.i did buy a 2 pack last month. It was fine.so today I bought a 4 pack. All of them are burnt... ALL 4 look like used motor oil.I looks like vuse is not ever going to correct this long existing problem .I had called customer service last year and was told this was a cosmetic problem and to try using them.You can't use them they don't draw very well the taste is awful and they make you cough.there we're so many complaints already about this so I am shocked that no improvement was ever made.i”
“This company is driving themselves out of business. The pods used to be good. Now they are brown and very nasty. Bought 4- 4 packs and they were all extremely dark. They stop working half way through from being so thick it seems. I'm surprised the government hasn't checked into it. It can't be healthy. I'm going back to the refillable. Can't afford to just give them money for a worthless product. The cost is even higher than actual cigarettes now. Have gone back to smoking until I can get others from a respectful company. This one is a scam.”
“The cost was getting bad and then to top it off the pods are dark and taste terrible. Then to top it off you buy a 4 pack and 3 are dark but then they stop working at a half pod. Spend all that money and you start to wonder what brand to try because this is ridiculous (pictured pod doesn’t work)”
“Vuse used to make great pods. But the quality just keeps going down but the price keeps going up. Huge inconsistency with the liquids. I only smoke the clear ones, odd time I’ll get 2 clear liquids in a pack, but more often they’ll be a dark brown colour. What’s up with that? And I don’t know if they’ve changed their formula or they’re watering them down. Because I’m smoking them the exact same way I always have, but lately I find a pod only last me 1 day. Used to be 2-3 days. And I haven’t started smoking it more. I’m switching to the refillable vapes, much cheaper. If you’re going to keep upping the price of the pods, they should be getting better not worse.”

“The pods are inconsistent—some are good and some just taste like burnt chalk. 1 or 2 of 4 in a pack are ok. It’s terrible and definitely the reason I’ll be switching. If the quality was consistent, would recommend! But it’s not.”
“The last 6 months I have flushed so much $ down toilet on these thinking just a bad months long batch was sent to my part of Ontario and the flavours would work themselves out and go back to how they were. WRONG. I smoke the Golden and Rich Mix and I don’t know what idiot decided to revise the tastes but UGH. I know smoking anything is poison but I cannot believe just how close they now taste to smoking ACTUAL poison they are now. They used have AWESOME maple/sweet/coffee taste and now they are absolutely unusable. Contacted them to complain and they said they’ve revised flavours to create a more balanced taste. By completely removing anything GOOD about them? Replacing the flavours with what tastes like the strongest cigar mixed with the taste of when I used to light a cigarette filter first accidently? Don’t waste your money. This company ruined itself.”

“Would give none but… I switched to Vuse after FDA decision and I’m thinking Vuse paid them a lot of money or the FDA folks don’t try vapes… THE WORST MOST PAINFUL LEAKY AWFUL VAPE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! It KILLED my throat within a month and a half! I was excited because they go from 5mg down to 1.8 . I’m trying to stop but the only way Vuse can stop you is kill you with throat burns or worse! “I have used vuse for a long time but recently the quality of the vape pods are terrible. The liquid is dark and tastes so bad they can not be used. The price has taken a 6 dollar hike on the four pack in the past year and I don't get the quality I am paying for. I will now be forced to find another product to use.
