“I have been using vuse for 5 years now. I loved them until recently. the charges dont work more than once. the pods have become ridiculously expensive and the quality of the pod is horrible. I did find a way to force it to charge though but I shouldnt have to do this when its not even dirty. take a q-tip and dip in rubbing alcohol on the charging end of the pen and in the charging port and it works sometimes. I will be changing to a better e-cig. I am highly disappointed after being a loyal customer for 5 years.”

Bought at a convenience store away from home and it never worked. Contacted customer service and they gave me instructions for sending in copy of receipt and photos, with the understanding that i would be sent some type of coupon to get a replacement.
They never sent anything so I contacted them again and resent the requested info. Once aagin, they never sent me anything.”

Have not had the burnt looking pods very often but when I do the store I buy them from will give me another. In fact the clerk opens the package and checks for me and others that buy Vuse. They have kept me off cigarettes and for that I am thankful.”

All pods stopped working when they were half empty. I called to complain and returned 20 faulty pods and received a check for 26 dollars. I will never waste my money again on this product again. Try GLAS as it’s very reliable and the flavor is great.
