“I started using the abuse vapes a few years ago and absolutely loved it, but after their new pod design I’m left disappointed. These new pods LEAK like its nobodies business.
Would suggest rather saving up a bit longer and getting something really secure and that does not mess all the time.
The new pods/ devices also have a tendency of still burning/ pulling even after you’ve stopped taking a drag, and it’s noisy, where the old model and pods were not.
Used to recommend but no longer willing to.”
“I have been a vuse supporter for 3 years. I only vape Ice Mango. I am so dissappointed with the new pods. They “bubble” when i vape, and do not taste the same as the original iced mango. Please just bring back the old product. 😒”
“Vuse ive tried twice, i prefer B&M's most news agents disposable vapes, they often are faulty and leave burnt taste, or are low qaulity taste and leak oil, the new vuse pods i tried was £3.99 and quite a noisey machine, and 'pull' or 'drag' of vape takes more effort”
“Started using the vuse about 2 1/2 years ago when I quit smoking cigarettes, however, I have found that the vuse is pretty much more expensive than smoking a lot of dud pods and their chargers last about 3 to 4 times and you have to buy another device. The leakage issue is not just a minor inconvenience; it can mess up your device and end up costing you a lot of money in the long run. I've found myself repeatedly cleaning my device and worrying about potential damage. Given the already high cost of Vuse products in South Africa, this additional expense is quite disheartening.
While I still appreciate the concept and potential of the Vuse Epods, the leaking issue is something that needs urgent attention. It's hard to fully enjoy the experience when you’re constantly dealing with the mess and the risk of device damage.

“I use Vuse Original pods 2.4% Rich Tobacco. The pods are almost always defective and stop hitting before they’re half empty. The pods are almost always burnt with a very dark color and unpleasant taste upon opening. The liquid in the pods for Rich Tobacco are supposed to be a light golden color byt they come in every other shade up to deep dark brown. There is NO consistency AT ALL. With that being said, when I do get the pods the way they are supposed to be they’re my favorite.”
“Recently, My experience is that’s every third or fourth pod (out of four) do not work. This has happened to me several times and It’s not the unit or a charging issue. They just don’t work. Very frustrating.”
“Everything I buy a 4 pk of the pods for 25.00 (they are expensive) at least 2 of the 4 are not usable. For example, one worked for about 7 puffs and then would not smoke at all afterwards while still mostly full. Another one in the pk kept having a bubbly sound while using and while I flicked the cartridge several times to remove the air, no matter what I did, it bubbled, and then the nicotine would spill off in my mouth. I will never buy it again, cause like I said, they are expensive, and obviously there are no quality control inspections on the cartridges they are selling and I end up ripped off onthe purchase”
“I have had this experience about three times over the last couple of years. When I try to switch to lower percentage pods instead of 5% I experience physical symptoms including pain in chest and shortness of breath as well as issues with the device only with the 2. Something percent pods and never with the usual 5.”

While the flavor I use is pleasant and I do enjoy, the leaking if the pods when inhaling is become prevalent more and more and literally every pod out of my most recent 4 pod pack have leaked unspent nicotine oil into my mouth
It is a horrible taste that burns both tongue and throat
I have been dealing with this issue periodically since I started using but how it seems that most every pod expels liquid through the mouthpiece
I am almost to the decision if switching to another product because at the price point charged, I cannot continue to endure this issue

“I am very dissatisfied with the pods. I just bought 2 packs of 4 pods of the golden to tobacco and only ONE POD IS GOOD. All the rest are dark brown. This happens to many times. They are disgusting tasting and not to mention the cost. I am throwing $ in the trash. Definitely looking into something else!!!”

“Their delivery is horrible. They take your money immediately but waiting over three weeks, still not delivered. The same status on the "tracking number" for over a week. Customer service, no help. Lately, 50% of the pods leak. They have leaked in the packaging and received pods that are darker than others. I will have to find another product. They use to be great. Sad.”
“They stopped making Vuse Vibe available and wanted us to turn in all our batteries. I have called and called and they keep saying the new batteries are coming out soon. It's been months and nothing. I'm very disappointed and I probably will not go back to Vuse Vibe. They lost a lot of customers. Solo and Ciro are nothing like the Vibe so I switched to another brand (Markten).”
