“The cigarette type of Vype is brilliant and very very convenient. I am using "crisp mint" although I don't really like it because the "blended tobacco" is just too sickly. If not for the sweet, sickly taste of "blended tobacco" I would have given 5 stars and thumbs up throughout. However, I can't stop smoking real cigarettes even though I do use Vype. Your website could do with some advice/strategies for giving up fags.”

“Good product although the battery doesn't last as long between charges now (6 months after purchase) as it did in the beginning. It has definitely helped to keep me off normal cigarettes.”

“Brilliant product in terms of useability and running costs and so on. My only gripe if that of the build quality. I accidentally sat on one and it came apart at the point where the refill screws onto the battery and I take responsibility for that. But my current Pen has started to crack at the joint below the operation buttons and above the battery, I've not sat on it and I keep it in the plastic case it came in on delivery. I would suggest a metal retaining ring at the joints to relive the stress and pressure on those joints.”

“I ordered my Vype E cigs starter pack and E pen starter pack together with associated vype refills on line and it was great,. all hassle free and delivery was excellent,. delivered all as agreed all on time. I will certainly get all of my Vype refills by E mail / over the internet all of the time for my future use.”

“Very easy to use . I have had a leak with the crisp mint capsule so had to get rid of that one and replace it with another new one . Couldn't figure out why it was leaking through the mouthpiece . Also when in my handbags the button sometimes gets pressed while not being used which causes the vype to get hot . Is there away that the button can be locked while not in use ( safety device) apart from that I'm happy with the vype.”

“I would give vype 5 stars if you could get more flavours and if the refill ecaps were the same price in the shops has they are online, I've been on the vype nearly 6week now and not had one cigarette, I have tried other ecigs but not lasted has long has what I have on vype.”

“The product is good but I find that When the liquid gets warm and you tilt your pen it leaks and is very vile when touching your mouth, I think the refills a expensive with sainsuburys charging £7.99”
