“very helpful company . product arrived quickly .im introducing it slowly to hopefully end up just on the e cig . it works well but the blended tobacco is ok but not at all like real tobacco . i may try a different flavour .”

“I use the E-Pen and find changing the caps very easy and quick, there is no spillage as the replacement caps are sealed.The E-Pen provides a quick vapour which I like. I gave up smoking 6 years ago but decided to try vaping at home whilst working on my computer”

“I have noticed that when first smoking its fine for the first few puffs, but then it seems to lose its strength and I find I am having to draw for longer and harder. This at the moment, I am finding frustrating. However, I do know a couple of people who are doing very well with this e-cigarette, so I will persevere”

“have been trying to use as per instructions but the on off system rarely works. it is fully charged and when I do get it to turn on seems good but then cant switch off! will try one more day but if no improvement will have to return product.”

“These are the best E-cigs I have tried- just a pity the filters don't last longer, no way I get anywhere near the 200 puffs as stated. Second complaint, although I bought 5 refill packs I did not receive the one I should have got free.”
