“The purchasing process and the customer service has been first class from this company. However, i feel that this has been the case merely because they know that the product (Pebble) is below par. They have replaced one unit already, and they have admitted a design flaw - which they say will be fixed. In the meantime, i am left wondering how long my current units will last.”

“My Vype E-pen has kept me off cigarettes for a year and a half now (from 30 a day). My only gripe is that the refill capsules tend to leak, more so recently, and sucking in the liquid is not great.”

“Have tried to quit smoking before but only lasted a week or so. This time I am now at 4 weeks and all going well since I have used Vype (was a 20 a day smoker). The most impressive thing about Vype compared to others is they don't seem to leak hardly at all. I used to find others (socialites and cirro) leaked in my pocket which was very annoying. Battery life is good and gives good warning before running out (stays on amber for a long time before it goes). Only issue I have found is trying to find tobacco flavoured 18mg liquid in shops and have had to buy online. Highly recommend though and my sister has already swapped to Vype after my reccomendation.”

“They look stylish and design worthy. They free my wifes world from smoke, they make me less wheezy and my cough has now stopped. My breathing is easier and my mental well being is good. They are economic too. Excellent product.”

“I can't fault the ordering service and the speed of delivery. Even the packaging was great. I'd always bought starter kits in stores so this was my first time ordering online and treated myself to two purple epen batteries and filters (only ever had black before). To my dismay, one of the batteries failed to hold its charge after just one use. I no longer had the packaging so was blown away when a representative bent over backwards to help me. I'm happy to say I now have a working battery and would definitely recommend.”

“They're easy to use, clean too. Just unscrew the empty cartridge and screw in the new and away you go, easy. Flavours are good, I have a preference for the cherry or berry one. I also have a vype pebble, love this a lot, but unfortunately, although I'm on my third, they seem to give up on me, latest one carries on heating the fluid even when it is between inhalations. I won't give up on it though, feels great in my hand and gives an excellent hit.”

“The vype e pen is robust and suits my needs. Not the most elegant one on the market but simple and practical. So easy to switch between flavours. Good to see other flavours being introduced but still some mainstream ones missing from the list. A very good product”
