“My wife and I have been avid smokers for almost 50yrs so it was always going to be an uphill struggle to pack in smoking,but we heard about Vype e-cigs. so we thought we would give them a try. After 7days my 35 roll ups a day is down to 14/15 a day, but my wife bless her, with a lot more willpower than me is down from 15/20 a day to 3/4 a day. Vype and willpower is responsible for this, and we intend to keep it going, so thank you Vype for your help.”

“This is my fist vape and find it to be very good. Have tried the disposal e cigs and find this much better. It looks good and is very easy to use.I am happy I chose vype as I looked at several others.”

“I'm not sure about these e-cigarettes, it seems to work fine and subdues my craving, but it does make me cough especially in the morning and my chest feels a little tight, kind of like after I've smoked a lot of fags. The liquid lasts long enough and the price of everything is fine. I've looked up the NHS report which states that there supposed to be 95% safer than smoking, but they still produce carcinogens when inhaled and its probably not best to smoke them around other people or children. (passive smoking) Its working for me for now, but I'm not sure if this industry is fully regulated or even if enough research has been done on the effects of using them.”

“Extraordinary service. Had a slight problem with one of the epen kits. The quality of service I received was outstanding. The epen is light and comfortable to use and does exactly what it is supposed to do. I would (and have done) highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for an aid to reduce their smoking habit.”

“Best electronic cigarette I have tried. Had it for two weeks and enjoying it. Not the cheapest around but still loads cheaper than real cigs. The capsules are so easy to fit. No liquid to pour in so no sticky case.”

“The overall experience is satisfactory but the mouth piece could be made better by having a round piece like e tank. Tobacco blend bottled liquid, 12mg, is poor quality and doesn't taste like tobacco at all and is complely bland.”

“normally I would have rated the company as excellent over all. The e pen I found to be ideal for me after trying other types and makes of e cigarettes. The e pen is a good shape and quick with no fuss to change the refills. What has changed to lower my rating is that although they have a great product and first class customer service people it is their order dispatch ,packaging and postal side of the company is letting them down. eg. 2 days from placing order to ready for dispatch then it can be a further 2 days from dispatch to the post office mail centre.(ok order volume can cause this at times) but twice now they got the orders wrong. 1. wrong address label put on package (lucky the right invoice was inside so it could be sorted out) 2 part of the order not put in package(although correct items on the invoice) I hope these things can be looked at and addressed so that next time I am asked for a review all I will have to put is excellent all round. yours H Tanner”

“Product looks good and has a quality feel. Only downside was the length of time it took to arrive. Cost me £20 in additional cigarettes whilst waiting and to add insult to injury I could have bought one locally on the day for just £2 more.”

“Have used e cigs, before, without much luck, Constant liquid spills, however very pleased that Vype e cigs have not leaked, give a smooth smoke, and since starting on them, have not touched a tobacco product.”
