“The e-cigarettes are good, helped me give up smoking after 30 years and I enjoy them. However my only criticism would be using yodel for delivery who were shockingly poor with no customer care to speak of, this puts me off ordering from you again”

“Love it but tobacco flavour horible out of the 30 vapours at my wrk only 1 likes a tabacco flavour so offer a choice in the starter kits limited availability in shops mint tobacco and cherry shops need 2 offer different strengths too only 18 mg available yes you can order online but then there is p&p 2 pay best vape i have tried but plz more availability in shops”

“Great purchase. Easy to use and great that the flavours are interchangeable so quickly. Charger can be loose and don't store it tip down as the e-liquid runs to the tip and doesn't taste so good. Otherwise great.”

“Happy with the estick. I’ve used several vapes and this is easy, clean and affordable to use. Being a heavy smoker the 18mg profiled cartridges are perfect and I’ve not lot a cigarette nor felt the need for one since I’ve started to use the estick. Great product and more affordable than cigarettes too!”

“Great products both iswitch Maxx and Epen but unfortunately the cartridges are quite expensive ! Would really love to see refillable cartridges in the future! But the rest of it is Great! Really enjoying it! Hope to see these products across various other countries in the near future as well!”

“Really like my e-pen 3. But totally pointless if I can’t buy any cartridges anywhere. Can get the original Vype juice but thats only for the original e-pen that goes with them. Really disappointed unfortunately.”

“Takes getting used too however quite a dry effect on the throat but certainly a replacement to smoking tabbacco the cherry flavour is the best one in my opinion”

“Good value for money and a great aid for helping me on my journey to give up smoking. Not quite sure why I have to sign for each delivery though, especially when they can just be listed through the letterbox.”

“Whilst i like the flavour - Mixed tobacco. The execution is not great. To keep changing the pens is not funny, but at the rate of the pens failing was not funny either. The latest push in offering appears to have a whole lot less fluid in than the previous screw ons. I had actually bout a refillable vape and put someone elses fluid into it, which appears to have contaminated it, as i bought fluid direct from yourselves, but cannot taste it!!”

“Hi guys mark here I love the vype E I’ve tried quite a lot Vape machine’s as to give up smoking due to health reasons ie I’m dietetic and is very hard due to most Vaping liquids have a lot of sugar in them and this is a no no for us dietetics - the vype is excellent fresh and easy to use and low in the sugar intake 👍👍 and I’ve brought my levels down in 1 week well recommended to fellow dietetics who are trying to give up smoking”

“Reason for this score very difficult to remove empty cartridge also only get 2 refills not 3 like Vype 2 refills so it works out more expensive”

Hi, thank you for your review. To remove the ePen 3 pods, we suggest pulling the pod from the bottom of where it clips in, this will be easiest. It should become easier over time as the plastic wears in. There are 2 pods in the ePen 3 packs compared to the 3 refills for the ePen. The ePen 3 pods however do contain more liquid per pod at 2ml.
