“Product (etank) is pretty good, works well so far!! Customer service on the other hand is not great!! Asked question about lifespan of clearomiser (what 2-4 weeks is based on), received stock response (too many variables...) and when I then replied pointing out that the biggest variable would be heaviness of use, surely lifespan based on volume of eliquid used can't be that difficult to work out, just received basically the same response twice (total of 3 almost identical emails!!) instead of even saying thanks for the suggestion, we'll look into it....!!”

“Great Products i bought the Ebox which was good value with 25% off seems well made but at full price i'd say there's better out there. The Fluids are well over priced at £6.99. So more special offers and discounts needed to keep your regulars and new buyers happy.”
