“I have been using vype e-cigarettes for some years now, the products are fantastic quality and very satisfying, and replacement parts are easily accessible, great products .and customer services are fantastic”

“Best Customer Service Ever (Andrew)!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was not expecting much when i started this chat as a lot of these online chats for companies don't go anywhere but I spoke with Andrew and he has restored my faith in advisors who genuinely just look to give great customer service. Special mention to Andy what a great representative of your company (Pay Rise?) “An excellent substitute for tabaco. The new Vype3 offers a satisfying smoke, without the mess of fluid refills. The replacement pods are a little on the expensive side, but still cheaper and healthier than smoking.”

“I have tried various epen style devices and always return to the vype epen as it is simple to use, no fiddly refilling or buying replacement coils and the battery lasts a long time too”

“Good products, good range; from which I chose one pen to use daily, allowing me to (so far successfully) cease smoking during the working day. Overall very happy with the item bought, and with the very rapid mail order service for additional fluid cartridges.”
