“Works exactly as I hoped it would. Very simple and easy to manage, just a bit larger than I expected. Plenty of vapor but I shall have to experiment to find a flavour I like: the one provided is a bit light and sharp for me. I'd prefer something more cigar like.”

“This is a quality item which fulfills all its promises and at a decent price. My delivery was some days late but since this was over the Xmas and New Year period, was probably understandable and certainly not Vype's fault. The main problem is flavour. Don't expect it to taste like your favourite cigarette - it doesn't. It does have a 'tobbacoey' flavour and I find that I'm gradually getting more used to it. It's early days so, whether or not I can switch from cigarettes to vaping - which was my hope - remains to be seen. Anyway, I'll persevere and keep my fingers crossed!”

“I have been using other e-cigs with tanks for two years but everyone I seem to buy quickly loses the amount of smoke/vapour it releases so after seeing Vype on the TV I bought a starter pack which cost a third of the price of my first e-cig starter pack . It's fab, I have already ordered another starter pack and cartridges too. I had cause to email Vype the other day and I received an immediate response which shows the high level of customer service too. I am recommending Vype to my friends”

“Quite hard to rate my product when i havent recieved it yet. Ordered on 28.12.15 and took 3 days to despatch.... Granted not the ideal time to order online due to bank holidays etc but with a quicker despatch time id have my order by now. Its now 05.01.15 and delivery is expected tomorrow, i have no doubts the e-pen will help me to quit cigarettes and i am looking forward to that.”

“Good product,nice feel.Have only been using it since start of year,has helped in cutting down on cigarettes,though still have a few through the day as the unit lacks the satisfaction of a cigarette.Probably due to the lack of harmful chemicals.However if it helps in cutting down and eventually quitting,it will be doing its job.Would recommend it to anyone wishing to cut down,give up.A++++”
